This was our third transaction with Trish, and it was probably the smoothest one yet! Trish was able to help us get OVER list price, and negotiated terms that worked out perfectly for us. In the middle of our transaction, we were thrown into this highly unusual situation of being Sheltered in Place... that didn't stop her from being readily available to us whenever we needed her, via email/phone/text, and from helping us successfully close escrow on time. She adjusted to these new times flawlessly, and everything continued to move forward as though nothing had changed! That is professionalism exemplified! We can't imagine doing a real estate transaction without her!
