01/25/2021 Bought a new home in 2020 in Antioch.I found Trish after a search on google for real estate agents specializing in the Brentwood CA area. I was impressed with Trish from the first call as she talked about the current market conditions and her strategies for adapting to the situation. She continued to impress me with being super responsive as we continued our search keeping me updated at all times with various nuances of the market specific to Brentwood. We had multiple zoom calls and I must say I have not worked with a real estate agent who was as concerned about my specific situation and needs as her. After we selected a couple of homes, she did a careful assessment and we talked at length about what our bid should be and my comfort level related to placing that bid. We explored potential strategies to make our bid as attractive as possible given my specific financial condition consulting with my loan agent and we finally put in an offer. This was our first offer and it was accepted. Throughout the escrow closure process she continued to be her super responsive self and we had an expedited closed within 25 days. From my perspective I started working with her after searching for a real estate agent and came out of the process with a new home and a friend. If I could I would give her more than 5 stars, I would.

From helping me get my home ready to sell (i.e. painting a fence and staging), to working with my complicated work schedule for showings, and making signs for the doors to keep my pets safe. She was always there for my many calls with questions, and helped me understand the process step by step. We ended up with 6 offers on my home within a week. Trish negotiated a great deal over asking price and for that I’m truly grateful. I would recommend Trish O’Connell to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. I know my daughter is going to use her because of the way she saw Trish work with me. Trish was able to help us get OVER list price, and negotiated terms that worked out perfectly for us. In the middle of our transaction, we were thrown into this highly unusual situation of being Sheltered in Place... that didn't stop her from being readily available to us whenever we needed her, via email/phone/text, and from helping us successfully close escrow on time. She adjusted to these new times flawlessly, and everything continued to move forward as though nothing had changed! That is professionalism exemplified!
